Anyone know of such a program where u can make mpeg/avi files smaller by cutting bits out and then compiling it up again so its run continuasly and not as seperate files?

It comes with XP and VISTA, you can also get it to work in 2000.

Dude i got XP and i dont have windows movie maker?? Am i just the unlucky one?? Any good sites to download real programs and not trials?? And any other programs that u can cut/crop & then recomplile mpeg or avi files??
