I heared something about that there exist an programm that can block the UTDC shots or something like u cant see the cheat your using at this shots.

So my question is is that true ?

Well but if the admin do an UTDC shot because an player play cheatlike and after that he is looking for that shot and there is no one cause it gets blocked he knows that this person is an cheater.

1) YES (you can get a version that just have a trigger that you can setup on/off easy)
2) I don't know. But maybe since the engine is the same..
