ok, resolved,the first i try to unban me is to change my public ip, i try to reset pc an router but the ip dont change, i call to my company and he say the ip dont change because my conection y ethernet, he change it and know i can change the ip by reseting router.
But i have another question, the admin can ban me by mi Cd-key ¿? if some admin do that, how i can login again ?
