I guess you got about a 3000 million to 1 chance of getting any passwords or more likely no chance at all, unless some one leacks them to you.

also these can be changed on a weekly basis
there is also the game admin adminlogin=?

  what you really need is a server`s redirect user name and password ,so you can hack and delete all the server`s maps and stuff,

i changed the server name and changed slomo (made the gamespeed very slow LOL )
(ut 99 btw)

Lol, I used to do that to a couple of UT2004 servers. I even set up a small mutator giving everyone a ban message when they tried to connect.
