There Are Some Servers Who run Mutator called:
Clan Manager 1g
i downloaded it and see what it protects :S
in the readme it says its better then AntiTCC Final (whatever)
it scans for wrong files for Server info and things

The Anticheat-System:
Well, this feature tries to detect hacks as you can tell from the name.
It should detect all “Unreal-Script”-hacks (at least on the highest security level)
and “native” hacks (hooks) by using the Prefetch-Folder. Furthermore you can
check the MD5 of packages (the Clan Manager comes with the MD5’s for all
default-packages of the most common UT2004-Versions) and you can search for
other illegal files (like in the System-Folder).
Nevertheless the main check lasts only ~8 seconds and ~1 second on midgamechecks
(these values correspond on the highest security level).
Well, why would you use this and not AntiTCC or SafeGame?
First of all, you can use the Clan Manager AND any other security mutator at the
same time. Thus players will be double checked.
Furthermore the Anticheat-System of the Clan Manager is better in detecting
“Unreal-Script”-hacks than AntiTCC and it should be almost as good as
SafeGame in detecting those kinds of hacks (but the Clan Manager is much
faster).
I would recommend running the Clan Manager and another security-mutator at
the same time.
But of course you can turn off the Anticheat-System if you don’t like it.^^
