i jsut got utan banned.. i appealed the ban.. i got full version.. what should i do? can anyone help me please?

Was it an IP UTAN ban or a GUID UTAN ban? =\
I know the hardcore lamers [Members of D2/myself, and a few others] only get IP UTAN ban since banning by GUID would just ban innocent players.
