How to use norecoil User.ini? S_swat? how to instal?

Type this here into your console or User
set engine.s_weaponame Vrecoil 0
for example a weapon for Tactical Ops :
set engine.s_ak47 Vrecoil 0
sometimes it´s with s_ and sometimes with to_
Sry but i don´t now it really for UT,try it and change the weaponname only.

yes i am 100 % sure.
But you must do it in training first always.If you did it,then you can go to onlinegames and use it.In these onlinegames you buy a weapon and have a weapon with no-recoil automatic =).

its the weapons shaketime and shakevert and shakemax etc. i think...correct me if im wrong.
