hi dose any one know how to bypass this? integrated server controller   its a program that kick bans you from ut but when i change ip still says banned. now wat do i need to delete from ut system folder to bypass this crap?
this is wat is called the losers talk about it here>.     Last night I had spoke with Citizen about improving the Rebellion UT99 servers, and knowing he was into Computers Science (aka programming) and he was happy to design/code a UT Controller, silimiar to the ASC controller, however just the features that Rebellion needs.

Basically we just chuck out the pointless crap ASC has, get ideas from the mod itself and use our own code, as per discussion with Citizen - so not even ripping anything from ASC, just a reference.

Main features on the board so far are:
Team balancer (supporting 2 - 4 teams!)
All the "!" commands ASC had - !red, !teams, etc.
A new MAC-based ban system. This will be vastly superior to IP-based bans and even ASC-ID bans. <-- goodbye botters
Server / Game server listed on hud
Mute system (will be improved)
Frag recovery
Possible PM system (will be improved)
Joining other servers using !command (idea from D-Generation-X) oh and Citizen thought up of a good name...

Rebellion intergrated Server Controller.    SO THIS CRAP is remake of asc but tougther to crack because now even changing cumputer name dosnt work. can any smart on these forums crak this lame anti ban mod thanks let me know how to get around the ban...

this is wat the lame maker of this program says it dose   It is indeed licensed exclusively for use on Rebellion servers and use anywhere else is PUNISHABLE BY LAW.

It could definitely benefit the wider UT99 community though. It sets several precedents in the UT99 modding world such as the hardware-based identification/banning system.

I may release a standalone version of this particular feature to the wider community one day.

EDIT: Badger, you can grab the 64-bit version of the DLL here. Just put it in UT\System and rename it to RiSC5dll.dll

Hey guys, I'm Night_Hawk, one of the head admins of Rebellion.

I'd just like to let you know that you can't get around a RiSC ban. The bans are based on three separate ID's from your computer. It's possible to change one of these ID's with a bit of digging around, but the other two can't be changed.

Tell me who you are and what you were banned for, and I might just consider unbanning you

Send me the file instead or let me show you that we can get around your bans, i'm quite confident that we can haha

EDIT: I bet that when you now check your logs on your server that I used two HWID's, being:

ORG HWID: BD84-0C3A-A4EF
NEW HWID: PWND-RiSC-BYD2

LOL, there goes your so called superior ban system ...
