actually, he probably pings 20...the lower ur ping, the faster u can dodge.

I don't thinks that it's that. If it's a online game in the movie he should have some hack for the dodge animation.

there was some code which let you make those dodge's ..
i have seen it in a sniper game when a guy made salto's the whole game..

he created his own mode, played in offline mode and fooled all u fools.

Try playing offline..chose any map u want..demorec..dodge faster as u can...it doesn't matter rly.. check the demo after that..and you'll see that you walk 2 steps and dodge..2 steps and dodge...there isn't any faster dodging...c'mon plz..niko uses?..i've spect him many times and he never dodges like that..i know this.. i may bot very few times ....but on bt... im skilled baby..and u can be sure...there's NO bot that makes ur moving skills any better... and if there is..it can't pass through any UTpure/UTDC server...and if i'm wrong... go ahead..and slap me in ma face!!

i use oldest cheats ever on the newest anti cheat servers
just crack it and then you can use them 

you should check animated taunts from Reo i dont have it anymore but that was some fun with the dodges

I meant ofc the actuall cheat duh -.-' ya ya.. cracks.. well in this case u would need "something" to crack..this doesn't exist..it's a mod?..i've seen this ...somewhere o.o
