the actual bot works, its just that i cant change any of the settings..are any of the settings stored in the ut2004.ini?
atleast i could change them in there. but i would still like to be able to change them in-game..

the bot creates a ini file, you could change the bots settings throught there aswell.

its ok i worked it out..i used a console command to save the settings, which then saved the ini file.
from there i changed the MENU key to the IK_NumPad1, which enabled me to change the settings in-game.

We really need to get some better hacks around here for UT2004 i'm not that impressed =) I play a guy today who just kicked my ass all day long and I was using this bot so I know there is way better hacks out there.

use a native aimbot, they are much faster.

Is shock combo works for anyone?

it only shots shock balls that are in range off doing damage to the enemy.

try it looking in cmd

maybe you will see it by that

Start> Run > cmd
(for xp pro)

Start > Run > command
(for xp home)

then use CD to change to your UT2004 directory

first something like
cd..
cd..
cd..
so you get in your C:\
then go on to
CD UT2004
and then
cd System
then type dir /a

then you are getting a big list
try to look for that ini file

or just type
edit UT2004.ini

I did all. what need to write in UT2004 and User(ini) but when  in console i writing ELF Active - no work... why? why no work?

OK I'll make this as simple as possible. Here's what you do:

(1.) download the Elf Overkill bot.

(2.) Take the elfOverKill.u file and place it into your System folder, located in your main UT2004 folder. If there is a .ini file, place that in the System folder too.

(3.) Go into your User.ini, located in the System folder. when you open it up, look for something like this [it should be right at the top]:

You will probably have an open space next to your H key. Next to the H key type ServerInfo, so it looks like this:

You can have it next to whatever key you want [example: G=ServerInfo]

After you are done, MAKE SURE TO SAVE YOUR CHANGES.

(4.) Next, go into your UT2004.ini, also located in your systems folder. When you find it, open it up, and look for a section that looks like this:

See that last line that says ServerInfoMenu=GUI2K4.UT2K4ServerInfo? Replace the GUI2K4.UT2K4ServerInfo with elfOverKill.elfOverKillInfo. It should now look like this:

Once again, save your changes.

Now with that out of the way, start UT2004 up, go into Instant Action, and start a game to see if it worked out. Remembet the button to turn the bot on is the one you binded the bot to [such as H or G].
