Ok I typed this really long post up explaining everything im about to write but then I got timed out and had to log back in so its all gone. I'm pissed off. So I'll make this as short and simple as possible. If you don't understand anything I'm about to say then just don't bother with it.
I made an synflood hack for microsoft gaming zone a couple of years ago, the idea was to reset zone lobbies by flooding the IP/Port and it worked extremly well. After testing out the ServerKill hack in this thread, I rememberd this file and decided to test it with Unreal Tournament.
The concept being that if you put the target servers IP/Port in that it might have a similar effect, this didn't exactly work but it did create alot of lag for players and you might want to experiment with it yourself. (Afterall, the faster your connection is the more damage your likely to do)
Here is the program You are not allowed to view links.

NOTE: Before you can use this you will need to download You are not allowed to view links.
Register or
Login and save it to your System32.
Then you need to go to RUN and type regsvr32 \windows\system32\MSWINSCK.OCX
The application should work now.
HOWEVER - If you are using Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Windows Vista you will need to apply a patch in order to remove the maximum concurrent half-open connection limits. (If you don't do this then the program will have no effect whatsoever). If your using Windows XP Service Pack 2, use this patch - You are not allowed to view links.

Register or
LoginNow that you have the application open and working, find an unreal tournament server, put the IP/Port number in on the application, join the server and then click the reset button.
Back when we use to use this on the zone it helped to have more than one of the application open, for instance having 5 open and clicking reset on all of them, seem to have more effect than just one. NOTE: This will lag you aswell and you may get dropped from the server.
Obviously this program was not intended for Unreal Tournament, so dont be a cry baby if it doesn't work. This is only an experiment. It seemed to work quite well when I used it.
This can also be used to disconnect people aswell (But you should avoid doing that cause it can get you into trouble)
Thats all!
Oh and...
