How to use this
Go into unrealtournament.ini
then it says
Console=UTMenu.UTConsole
Something like that replace that with
Console=D4Console.D4Console
This is the speed command
rhack2 10|onrelease rhack2 1
rhack2 10 change the 10 to 1-10 whatever speed u want
And this is the gravity command
rhack2 0.001|onrelease rhack2 1

ur missing 70% of commands (and files). [sensured XD] but it doesnt make utcheats.info any harder or cooler..
and seems like thats the old d4 which allows u get destroyed
im gna do it all of u guys(if you get all files ofc XD). and thats only .u file ur missing all other 5-10 files (the files arent called D4 int or ini theres much other files..) thats the one uploaded by NuTtLoRd^ who was angry when my friend destroyed him, gl with other files admin and newest version and take backup of ut if u get other files..
and about hype's link.. why dont dime rename the console? =D (hypes fakeclass code didnt work as well)

Uh... who cares? Any decent anti-cheat blocks you so it's nothing to brag about. You seriously need to tone down that ego before someone comes along and rapes you.

Because you're too dumb to make the reclassing actually work lol. And besides, sure you can rename but if needed I could just block everything with a simple actor scan

Why you still want your cheats remain private if you are doing an "anticheat" to stop them? I don't see your logic. And you may want stop create multiple accounts.
